We ship via USPS. Domestic shipping is $12.95. Once processed, orders typically arrive within 2–10 business days. Please allow additional time for pre-order or made-to-order items, which ship within 7–10 business days.

Due to the custom and limited nature of our drops, we are unable to guarantee edits or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your cart before checkout.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
All sales are final. Each piece is made with intention and limited in quantity. If you receive a damaged item or there is an issue with your order, please email us at studio@hausofbianka.com and someone from our team will assist you.
WHAT IF I NEED TO REQUEST A REFUND BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?
Refunds requested prior to shipment (and approved) will incur a 25% restocking fee.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?
Care instructions are listed on each product page. For embroidered hats and garments, we recommend spot cleaning or gentle hand washing only. Store accessories in a cool, dry space and treat them like the statement pieces they are.
